2一、项目介绍1、项目概述该项目为一个大学生志愿者与服务对象的交互平台,旨在为需要服务的对象提供切实的大学生志愿者的对接,并为大学生志愿者提供切实的志愿活动,保证大学生志愿者更好的进行志愿活动,在考评结束后也会得到相应的学分作为回报,最终达到双方都满意的结果。2、项目背景分析越来越多的大学生加入到志愿服务的行列中来,而苦于找不到一个适合的平台来帮助他们实现这一梦想,虽然志愿者组织很多,平台也很多,但是真正做到丰富的志愿活动项目、志愿与服务对等的却很少,志愿者的服务证明等的开具也比较困难。3、项目问题分析首先,大多数的志愿者服务平台的初衷都很好,但是都是大学生临时志愿来做的,平台推广及运营效果并不是很理想;其次,这些平台本身规模小,所接触的项目比较少,不能保证长期持续供应服务项目,造成使用者数量较少;并且,平台运营的团队不能经常去各需要服务的地方走动,了解到切实的需要等。4、项目目标此平台的目标旨在解决服务对象找不到志愿者难和志愿者找不到服务对象难的问题。5、项目策略及活动采取事先计划、事中提醒、事后回顾的策略,严格按照预先设定好的步骤进行,遇有问题团队内部及时讨论并提出解决方案。6、预期风险分析不能与众多的服务对象取得联系、不能获得各高校的支持、计划不能得到很好的实施等。7、项目创新性创新性在于为志愿者提供人身安全、志愿服务时产生的费用、服务成果认证等保证,使志愿者无后顾之忧;同时,考察服务对象的条件是否合格,
