一、总述福州炜灿杰贸易有限公司创立于2016年1月,注册资金一百万元,现有在职人员20名,是一家以线下实体店为主,线上平台为辅的责任有限公司。公司以重塑为核心,其含义为赋予二手闲置物品新生命、新价值,旨在让闲置资源发挥价值去满足更多人需求,挖掘二手商品的无限潜力。随着互联网的飞速发展,“互联网+”兴起导致的过度消费造成了大量资源的闲置,而闲置物品的价值又难以定义,在O2O模式下处理二手物品效率低下,以58同城、赶集网、淘宝闲鱼为首的二手交易市场都是第三方运营模式,点对点交易为主,尽管业务免费,无产品质量及售后服务保证。另一方面,以面对点为主的二手交易平台其规模较小,尚未占领二手市场。为了实现二手闲置物品交易的智能化,公司实行互联网+实体店+公众平台综合营销管理,打破传统电商营销模式,解决商家开网店不盈利、依靠垂直领域又过于局限,二手商品难以流通而积压,资源的闲置和浪费等缺陷。公司目前以二手手机、二手电脑等高额数码产品为主要盈利产品,利用价值体现的差异性,从中获利,从二手市场获取性价比高的二手电子产品,借助微博、淘宝等公众平台宣传,在公司微信平台上进行微商城搭建、门店管理、商品管理、订单管理、个性化营销活动推送及产品预售等,实现门店客户引流,线上深化会员数据,线下负责销
